Pax Hoteles is in an expansion phase, with three hotels currently in operation and two new openings planned for spring 2025 and summer 2025. We are looking for highly motivated people eager to grow within a large business group — enthusiastic, courteous and with a strong customer-service focus.

As a Waiter/Waitress at PAX Hoteles, you will have the opportunity to join our team and a growing hotel chain.

Some of your main duties will be:

• Providing correct, courteous and attentive treatment and service
• Complying with quality standards, taking special care with customer service
• Ensuring that the presentation of food and drinks follows the established quality standard before serving the customer
• Fostering the satisfaction of guests and customers, earning their recognition and preference for the Hotel’s services
• Setting up and clearing the service in accordance with the established quality and presentation standards, checking that all items are included, such as cutlery, salt cellars, napkins, sauces, dressings, etc
• Taking customers’ orders and passing them on to the kitchen
• Cleaning, tidying and checking the materials for the next service, keeping a tidy and clean environment during and after the shift
• Presenting the bill to the customer, strictly complying with the established procedures for payment, depending on the payment method
• Looking after the customer experience and personalising their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
