Our boutique hotel is located in a privileged setting. In the Bajo Nalón region, in the heart of the historic centre of Pravia, you can enjoy pre-Romanesque art, the Primitive Way of Saint James, spectacular natural landscapes and kilometres of beaches where you can take a dip or enjoy water sports. For food lovers, there is a rich, traditional Asturian cuisine closely linked to the natural surroundings.

The hotel, a 15th-century Asturian manor house, has been carefully renovated, keeping its original character and features while including all modern comforts.

It has 30 rooms, including standard double, deluxe and family rooms, all fully equipped.
The hotel is 13 km from the airport and less than 30 minutes from major tourist attractions such as Cudillero, Avilés and Oviedo.

How to get here?

How can I get here?

Asturias airport is just 13 km from the hotel. If you come by car via the A66, take exit 30 towards Pravia and head to Plaza María Cristina. If you come by train, you can reach Oviedo station and take a direct bus to Pravia, with a stop just a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

Where can I park?

The hotel has municipal parking areas, as well as a covered car park just 400 m from the hotel, on Avenida de Prahúa.

Your stay

When can I check in?

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you wish to check in outside these hours, please let us know by calling 984342777.

When can I check out?

Check-out is until 12:00 PM, but if you would like to spend more time in the room you can ask reception for a late check-out for just €15 per hour, up to a maximum of 4:00 PM, subject to availability.

What rooms does the hotel have?

We have 30 rooms in standard, deluxe and family categories.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals, but to ensure the comfort and peace of all our guests, we do not allow pets on our premises.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

Can I cancel my booking?

Our change and cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of booking, but by booking on our website you will enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Please check the general terms shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email. If you have made a booking and want to speak with someone to change or cancel it, you can contact us directly by email or phone and we will be happy to help you.

When will my credit card be charged?

When booking through the website, you will enjoy the advantage of paying at the hotel. The guarantee card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation.

Can I book a room for my wedding night?

Yes, we have a junior suite so you can enjoy maximum comfort on one of the happiest days of your life.

Can I book for my wedding guests or other celebrations?

Of course! We want your guests to make the most of your wedding or celebration day, which is why we have agreements with special rates for weddings and events.
