How to get here?

From the Madrid-Puerta de Atocha train station. Just a 10-minute walk. Leave via the main exit and take the street towards Paseo de las Delicias or Méndez Álvaro; both roads lead directly to Calle Canarias no. 51.

Hotel PAX Atocha has a reserved drop-off area at the entrance to make loading and unloading luggage easier on arrival or departure. The hotel does not have its own car park, but there are several options less than 10 minutes away for convenient parking, such as Parking Homely Atocha or Garaje Ronda de Atocha.

Your stay

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you book directly with us through our website, you can enjoy flexibility on your check-in, always subject to availability and prior phone enquiry.

Check-out is until 12:00 PM, but if you would like to spend more time in the room you can ask reception for a late check-out for just €15 per hour, up to a maximum of 4:00 PM, subject to availability.

No, we do not have a gym.

We love animals, but to ensure the comfort and peace of all our guests, we do not allow pets on our premises.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

Our change and cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of booking, but by booking on our website you will enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Please check the general terms shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email. If you have made a booking and want to speak with someone to change or cancel it, you can contact us directly by email or phone and we will be happy to help you.

When booking through the website, you will enjoy the advantage of paying at the hotel. The guarantee card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation.
