If you come by car via the A6, take exit 27 towards the Shopping Centre. If you come by train, you can reach the Torrelodones commuter (Cercanías) station, which is 2.6 kilometres from the hotel.
At our hotels you will find free parking. We do not reserve parking spaces and they are subject to availability on arrival. But don’t worry if there is no availability when you arrive, we have multiple options nearby.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you book directly with us through our website, you can enjoy flexibility on your check-in, always subject to availability and prior phone enquiry.
Check-out is until 12:00 PM, but if you would like to spend more time in the room you can ask reception for a late check-out for just €15 per hour, up to a maximum of 4:00 PM, subject to availability.
