Pax Hoteles is in an expansion phase, with three hotels currently in operation and two new openings planned for spring 2025 and summer 2025. We are looking for highly motivated people eager to grow within a large business group — enthusiastic, courteous and with a strong customer-service focus

As a Receptionist at PAX Hoteles, you will have the opportunity to join our team and a growing hotel chain.

Some of your main duties will be:

• You will be responsible for attending to guests in a warm and professional manner
• Managing bookings and providing information about the hotel’s services
• Carrying out an efficient check-in and check-out process
• Handling the billing of reservations
• Duly complying with all procedures and policies set by the company
• Coordinating the running of the hotel with other departments, and collaborating with the establishment’s Management and with other departments.
• Customer service aiming for excellence in service
• Registering all guests who arrive at the hotel following the established protocols
• Providing personalised service to groups.
• Attending to the public. Suggesting places of tourist interest, requesting taxis, general information.
• Telephone assistance
• Preparing reports.
• Night audit
• We have a small cafeteria service where you will provide support

1. Permanent contract. A stable job position.
2. 40 hours per week on rotating shifts (8:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 00:00). Some night shifts are worked (covering the night receptionist’s days off and holiday cover), approximately 2 nights per month (00:00 to 8:00)
